In recent years, farm subsidy data has been popularized, and in some circles misinterpreted, following the publishing of this data by the Environmental Working Group.
The 1614 Database quantifies specific subsidy payments to individuals rather than to corporate, cooperative, or other entities.
We have published this information because it impacts Farm Policy legislation. Because it is about you. And because we believe you should be able to see it.
