By using the Your Farm service and/or the www.yourfarm.com website you (the “Member”) agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you should immediately cease all usage of this website.
We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of this agreement without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted at www.yourfarm.com. Your continued use of the Service after amendments are posted constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance of the Agreement and its modifications. Except as provided in this paragraph, this Agreement may not be amended.
To use our Service, you must complete the registration process that is presented upon your acceptance of the Terms of Use. During the registration process, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the forms, (b) to maintain and update this information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete, and (c) notify Your Farm immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. If any information provided by you during the registration process is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, YOUR FARM has the right to terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service. As part of the registration process, you will receive a password and account designation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all account information. Opts will be sent to the number you provide for each specific group. If you change your telephone number, you are responsible for informing us of the change.
You may unsubscribe from the Your Farm service at any time by logging into your account. You will then be able to de-activate your account by updating your account settings. You will need to know your mobile phone number and password you entered at the time of registration to login to your account. Your unsubscription request will be processed automatically upon request. You can re-activate your account at any time by logging into your account and unchecking and changing the account settings.
The site, and the services rendered in association with it, is provided by Your Farm on an “as is” and on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Your Farm makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the use or the results of this web site in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. Your Farm shall have no liability for any interruptions in the use of this service or Website. Member agrees to indemnify and hold Your Farm, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of Member’s use of the Service, the violation of this Agreement, or infringement by Member, or other user of the Service using Member’s computer, of any intellectual property or any other right of any person or entity.
It is the policy of Your Farm to respect the privacy of end users of the Service. Please refer to the privacy policy for more information. You agree that Your Farm may access and disclose any information, including user names and other information, if they believe in good faith that such action is reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws and lawful government requests, to operate their systems properly, or to protect themselves, their customers, or other third-parties.
Your Farm reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to the Member. Your Farm shall not be liable to Member or any third party should Your Farm exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. Member acknowledges and accepts that Your Farm does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our website and operation of our website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.

By MailYour Farm reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your membership and access to any or all Your Farm services at any time, without notice. Your Farm shall have no obligation to maintain any content or to forward any unread, unsent or past messages to you.
Your Farm retains the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate any accounts involved with botnets and related activities. If any hostnames are used as command and control points for botnets, Your Farm reserves the right to direct the involved hostnames to a honeypot, loopback address, logging facility, or any other destination at our discretion.
If any provision of this Terms of Use Agreement shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions (and any partially-enforceable provision) shall not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum possible extent. You agree that this Terms of Use Agreement and any other agreements referenced herein may be assigned by Your Farm, in our sole discretion, to a third party in the event of a merger or acquisition. This Terms of Use Agreement shall apply in addition to, and shall not be superseded by, any other written agreement between us in relation to your participation as a Member. Member agrees that by accepting this Terms of Use Agreement, Member is consenting to the use and disclosure of their personally identifiable information and other practices described in our Privacy Policy Statement.
The failure of the Your Farm to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the parties' intentions, and the other provisions of the Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect.
